Local 41 Scholarship Rules and Application:
ERIC FRANKLIN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
WASHINGTON INTERIOR/EXTERIOR SYSTEMS LOCAL UNION 41.
RULES & ELIGIBILITY
A total of up to $10,000 is available for distribution among the winning applicants.
Applicant must be the natural or legally adopted child, step child or spouse of an eligible Local 41 member in good standing or the child of a deceased Local 41 member.
Applications are due in Local 41’s office on or before April 15, 2018

The Scholarship Committee reviews all application packages and jointly determines each winning recipient’s award amount. The review criteria includes: scholastic achievement, essay composition, school/community extracurricular activities, leadership qualities, commitment to educational goals, recommendations letters, financial need and overall presentation.
Plagiarism will result in applicant’s disqualification from the competition.
Incomplete applications (omitted letters of recommendation, essay official transcripts, etc.) will result in applicant’s disqualifications from the competition.
